PullDX ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control. We never sell your personal data, and we never display advertising.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address when you sign up.
• Usage data: the number of downloads you make, to enforce free limits.
• Billing data: processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card numbers.
• Links you submit: sent to our extraction service to fetch the media; not stored long-term.

How we use your data

To provide the download service, manage your account and subscription, enforce usage limits, and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising.

No ads, no tracking for ads

PullDX is ad-free. We do not run advertising networks, ad trackers, or sell your information to advertisers.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent.
